Wholesale Program is a program that BookSpine offers where it enables its members, distributors, and resellers to access and avail variety of books in bulks in an easier way and in discounted prices.
As of now, we only have the wholesale members. Wholesale members can resell and buy books for personal use or resell on a discount depending on the quantity they will be purchasing but eventually, we will turn it into an actual program with free resources and tools. As for the official distributors, kindly stay tuned for more details as more details about it will be out in the public soon! For Option 1 (Random Books), you may choose how many books, corresponding book conditions and preferred categories you want in your package. Then, BookSpine team will curate a list of random books for you that fits your budget and preferences.
For Option 2 (Take Your Picks), you may choose specific books to purchase from our published list of books on our website or exclusive new arrivals. In this way, volume-based discount (%) will be applied on the books retail prices.
Please also be informed that the minimum number of order is 10 books. Kindly also take note that if you prefer to change some books from the curated list that BookSpine team has curated for you in Packages 1 (Random Books), you will have to pay a replacement fee worth Php 30 per book. The final amout for the fee will be calculated based on how many books you will ask to replace!

The duration of order processing depends on the volume of the books ordered and the type of packages availed! Usually it takes around 3-7 business days. However, do note that the BookSpine team always do their best to immediately process your order for a better customer experience!

Yes, you can! You will be assisted by one of our Warehouse Team Members. Should you wish to order directly at our warehouse, please reserve a schedule here bit.ly/bs-visit. Further details such as the complete address of our mini-warehouse and the contact number of our Warehouse Manager will be shared upon booking your schedule.
Yes! That is also possible. Should you wish to pick up your orders directly at our warehouse, kindly message email@example.com so we can schedule your pickup and give you the address to our warehouse in Makati.
Unfortunately, we currently do not accept dropshipping but as we continue with our program, it will be on our list to explore this measure!
Shipping fee usually depends on the quantity of your books and the distance of your home address from our warehouse in Makati.
We have a lot of options for you! We accept payments through credit/debit card, retail outlets (7-Eleven or Cebuana Lhuillier), e-wallet (Paymaya, GCash, or Grab Pay), direct debit (BPI or UnionBank).
You can receive the books in three different ways. First is through standard shipping or via J&T, GoGo Xpress, etc. Second is through same-day shipping or via Lalamove, Grab, or TokTok. Lastly, you may directly pickup the books from our mini-warehouse in Makati so you can save some shipping costs.
As of the moment, our team prioritizes fiction, nonfiction, and children’s books. Foremost, BookSpine PH condemns redistribution of illegally reprinted and pirated books.
30% of sales go to beneficiaries while 70% of sales to BookSpine PH. Meanwhile, unsold books stay on our website unless decided to be donated directly to our partner beneficiary. Our team will regulary release public transparency report about this.
BookSpine PH will make sure to keep you updated on the status of your donations from if they were posted on the website (if available or sold), donated directly to the foundation or other organizations, or sold to junk shops for cash (which will still be given to our partner).
Donors will receive 1 point (equivalent to PhP 1) per book donated. These can be used on buying books and supplies at bookspine.ph – no minimum spend! This will be valid a year from the date of issuance, non-transferrable.
